CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Because we can only see one client per time slot, missed appointments directly impact our ability to serve others. Thank you for your understanding. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee. For prepaid packages, a no-show will result in the loss of one session credit. We appreciate your cooperation and support of our small business.
